Régimen jurídico de la reestructuración y resolución de entidades de crédito (Real Decreto-ley 24/2012)

I. Introducción
En una acción con escasísimos precedentes, el BOE de 31 de agosto ha publicado el Real Decreto-ley 24/2012, de 31 de agosto, de restructuración y resolución de entidades de crédito, aprobado por el Consejo de Ministros del mismo día y que entró en vigor en el momento de su publicación oficial.
Se trata de una compleja norma técnica que contiene una reforma estructural del sistema financiero español, obligada por las circunstancias en que se encuentra inmerso desde que en el pasado mes de junio el ministro de Economía anunciara la necesidad de acudir a un rescate bancario europeo.
