Reestructuraciones laborales en empresas concursadas: modificaciones operadas por RDL 11/2013 y L 1/2014

El Real Decreto-ley 11/2013, de 2 de agosto, para la protección de los trabajadores a tiempo parcial y otras medidas urgentes en el orden económico y social, albergó diversas disposiciones de tipo socio-laboral, algunas de ellas referidas a reestructuraciones laborales en empresas concursadas.
La tramitación parlamentaria de esta norma ha desembocado en la Ley 1/2014, de 28 de febrero, que mantiene el texto originario inalterado. La publicación de la nueva norma (BOE 1 de marzo 2014), con todo, invita a refrescar su contenido, aplicable a los procedimientos concursales que se encontraran en curso a la fecha de entrada en vigor del RDL 11/2013.
