Real Decreto 815/2013 por el que se aprueba el reglamento de emisiones industriales: novedades en materia de autorización ambiental integrada y de instalaciones de incineración y coincineración de residuos

El Real Decreto 815/2013, de 18 de octubre (BOE de 19 de octubre), ha aprobado el Reglamento de emisiones industriales y de desarrollo de la Ley 16/2002 de Prevención y Control Integrados de la Contaminación (en adelante, «Reglamento de emisiones industriales» o «Reglamento»).
Con esta norma, se completa la transposición de la Directiva 2010/75/UE, «sobre las emisiones industriales (prevención y control integrados de la contaminación)», conocida como Directiva IED (Industrial Emissions Directive). Esta directiva, como destacamos en su día1, refundió la anterior Directiva 2008/1/CE relativa al Control y la Prevención Integrados de la Contaminación con otras seis directivas relativas al control de las emisiones de la Industria, de tal forma que ha establecido un nuevo marco general único para el control de las principales actividades industriales…
