¿Quién controla las concentraciones que no son de dimensión europea?

Un Estado miembro que ha adoptado una normativa nacional en materia de control de concentraciones que no son de dimensión europea no tiene la posibilidad de remitir a la Comisión tales concentraciones cuando no están comprendidas en el ámbito de aplicación del Reglamento 139/2004.
