¿Puede someterse a comunicación previa una actividad de alquiler vacacional que requiere declaración responsable?

Nos plantea esta duda la Sentencia del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de Canarias que declaró conforme a derecho la resolución por la que el Cabildo insular anuló una declaración responsable de vivienda vacacional por no contar con comunicación previa de actividades clasificadas.
