Proyecto de Real Decreto por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de Procedimientos de revisión en materia contractual

Este Proyecto de Real Decreto acomete, de forma anticipada al futuro desarrollo reglamentario del Texto Refundido de la Ley de Contratos del Sector Público, una regulación completa –y con novedades de interés- de los recursos administrativos especiales en materia de contratación administrativa, como son los que pueden interponerse, en determinados contratos administrativos, frente a los anuncios de licitación, pliegos y documentos contractuales, actos de trámite cualificados y acuerdos de adjudicación (art. 40 del TRLCSP).
Las numerosas dudas y problemas que ha suscitado la puesta en práctica de estos recursos administrativos han aconsejado adelantar esta regulación, cuyas principales novedades pueden agruparse en tres partes diferenciadas…
