Proyecto de Ley de Transparencia, acceso a la información pública y buen gobierno

El 7 de septiembre se ha publicado en el Boletín Oficial de las Cortes el Proyecto de Ley de Transparencia, Acceso a la Información Pública y Buen Gobierno. Además de impulsar la transparencia de la actividad pública, el Proyecto de Ley que ahora inicia su tramitación parlamentaria incorpora, bajo la rúbrica de «normas de buen gobierno», un amplio elenco de principios éticos y de actuación y un completo régimen de infracciones y sanciones aplicables a los miembros del gobierno y altos cargos de todas las Administraciones Públicas.
