Preview on the Update of the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises

Despite that the initial purpose of the update was not to embark on a full scale revision of the Guidelines, the process has resulted in substantial modifications which increase the expectations put on multinational enterprises («MNEs») with respect to a number of issues that raise concern within the business community.
