Prescripción de plazos de reclamación directa y de regreso en la responsabilidad en la construcción: nueva Jurisprudencia

Sentencia importantísima, y no sólo a efectos de la Ley de Ordenación de la Edificación, con doctrina que me parece correcta, y que limita el alcance de la inmanejable doctrina de los «daños continuados». El plazo de prescripción empieza cuando se manifiesta el daño que puede cursar en el tiempo, no cuando acabara de cursar en el tiempo, pues de otra forma los plazos serían inabarcables.
