Portugal exige a las empresas con 50 o más empleados adoptar un programa de cumplimiento normativo

El Decreto-Ley 109-E/2021, que entra en vigor en Portugal el próximo 7 de junio de 2022, introduce un cambio legislativo radical respecto de las obligaciones en materia de cumplimiento normativo en las empresas portuguesas, particularmente, en el ámbito de la prevención de la corrupción y sus delitos conexos.

Las filiales y sucursales españolas con 50 o más empleados y con presencia en Portugal también son entidades obligadas en el marco del novedoso Decreto-Ley 109-E/2021.
