En este documento se recogen, de modo resumido y de manera independiente una de otra, dos perspectivas de un caso en el que se completaron de forma indebida un conjunto de pagarés en blanco que fueron descontados con posterioridad. De un lado, se expone el enfoque penal del asunto (de la mano de la Sentencia del Tribunal Supremo 155/2025, de 20 de febrero); de otro, se ofrece una visión estrictamente jurídico mercantil del caso referido.
