Aunque la norma laboral impone el mantenimiento de las condiciones laborales tras el cambio de titularidad de la empresa, la empresa entrante puede modificarlas con posterioridad a la transmisión.Sin embargo, circunstancias como haber ideado dichas modificaciones con anterioridad a la transmisión aunque se ejecuten después de que ésta haya tenido lugar, no haber integrado en las negociaciones a los representantes de los trabajadores subrogados o no haber respetado un «mínimo cronológico indispensable» para afianzar la relación de estos trabajadores con la nueva empresa pueden conducir a la nulidad de dichas modificaciones…
