Nuevos ajustes en la Reforma Laboral (Real Decreto-Ley 16/2013, de medidas para favorecer la contratación estable y mejorar la empleabilidad de los trabajadores)

En el BOE de 21 de diciembre de 2013 (con vigencia desde el día siguiente) aparece una nueva revisión parcial («ajustes menores»; «profundización en los objetivos perseguidos por las anteriores reformas») de los grandes cambios introducidos en 2012. Consta de cinco artículos, dos disposiciones adicionales, una transitoria, una derogatoria y diez disposiciones finales, que afectan en su conjunto a un total de ocho normas.Las materias abordadas son: régimen contractual (tiempo parcial, apoyo a emprendedores, formación y aprendizaje), período de prueba, jornada, conciliación de la vida familiar y laboral, Empresas de Trabajo Temporal, despido colectivo y cotización.
