Nuevas directivas en materia de contratación pública: sectores clásicos, concesiones y sectores especiales (G.C.S.P. N.º 42)

La Comisión Europea ha impulsado durante el último año la elaboración de tres nuevas directivas, cuya tramitación acontece en paralelo, para la derogación de las Directivas 2004/17/CE (sectores especiales) y 2004/18/CE (contratos públicos o sectores clásicos) y la regulación ex novo de la adjudicación de las concesiones. La aprobación de los textos se demora por la falta de acuerdo entre las instituciones comunitarias, si bien de mantenerse la fecha prevista de transposición (a más tardar antes del 30 de junio de 2014), será precisa una nueva reforma legislativa de la contratación pública que implicará novedades sustanciales en la materia.
