La Comisión Nacional de los Mercados y de la Competencia ha aprobado la nueva regulación de los mercados mayoristas de banda ancha (mercados 3a, 3b y 4 de la Recomendación de Mercados de la Comisión Europea).El pasado 25 de febrero, el Consejo de la Comisión Nacional de los Mercados y de la Competencia (CNMC) aprobó la resolución que da un giro importante en la regulación del acceso a las redes del operador con poder significativo en el mercado.
