Novedades en materia de contenidos audiovisuales en la Ley 6/2012

El pasado 2 de agosto, el Boletín Oficial del Estado publicaba la Ley 6/2012, de 1 de agosto, de modificación de la Ley 7/2010, de 31 de marzo, General de la Comunicación Audiovisual, para flexibilizar los modos de gestión de los servicios públicos de comunicación audiovisual autonómicos. Esta reforma de la ley audiovisual, tramitada por el procedimiento de urgencia, se ha presentado como una respuesta más a la imperiosa necesidad de reducir el gasto público. Sin embargo, además de dar luz verde a la privatización de las televisiones autonómicas, también se ha aprovechado la ocasión para introducir importantes modificaciones en relación a la prohibición de emisión de ciertos contenidos. Este documento se dedica a comentar brevemente esta novedad que ha pasado casi desapercibida en los medios.
