Camuflada en el seno de una regulación legal completamente ajena al fondo de la materia que nos ocupa, la nueva Ley 12/2012, de 26 de diciembre, de medidas urgentes de liberalización del comercio y de determinados servicios dedica prácticamente la mitad de su contenido (Título II, artículos 6 a 15) a impulsar un nuevo mecanismo de apoyo a la exportación que ha de unirse a los ya existentes en el ordenamiento jurídico español.
