Los Reglamentos Delegados 2019/396 y 2019/397 modifican varios reglamentos delegados del EMIR para permitir, en el caso de un brexit duro, la sustitución de la contraparte establecida en el Reino Unido por otra contraparte de la UE en los contratos de derivados.
