Modificaciones de la Ley del Contrato de Transporte Terrestre de Mercancías: nuevos requisitos documentales y prohibición de pactar portes inferiores al coste del (sub)transporte

El Real Decreto Ley 14/2022 ha venido a modificar en diversos extremos la LCTTM (y, concordantemente, la LOTT). Las modificaciones se concretan en la introducción de un nuevo artículo 10 bis (que lleva por rúbrica «Carta de porte en los contratos celebrados con el porteador efectivo») y en una nueva redacción de los artículos 13 y 16.
