Modificaciones de la Ley de contratos del sector público

La Ley de Economía Sostenible (LES), aprobada de forma definitiva por el Congreso de los Diputados el martes 15 de febrero y pendiente de su publicación en el BOE, introduce en su disposición adicional décimo sexta diversas modificaciones en Ley 30/2007, de 30 de octubre, de Contratos del Sector Público (LCSP).Esta es la tercera reforma importante de la LCSP, tras las llevadas a cabo por la Ley 34/2010, de 5 de agosto (que modificó los recursos en materia de contratación pública), y por la Ley 15/2010, de modificación de la Ley 3/2004, por la que se establecen medidas de lucha contra la morosidad en las operaciones comerciales.
