Modificación unilateral de precios en contratos de duración indeterminada

¿Puede una empresa reservarse en las condiciones generales de la contratación la potestad de modificar unilateralmente los precios de los contratos de duración indeterminada?La sentencia del Tribunal de Justicia de la Unión Europea (Sala Primera) de 21 de marzo de 2013, asunto c-92/11, reconoce a las empresas un interés legítimo a modificar unilateralmente los precios, siempre que se salvaguarde el interés igualmente legítimo del consumidor a conocer y prever el motivo y modo de aplicar la modificación y se le reconozca la facultad efectiva de rescindir el contrato y cambiar de proveedor.
