Medidas urgentes para garantizar la sostenibilidad del sistema nacional de salud: modificaciones vía “corrección de errores”

El Congreso convalidó el jueves 17 de mayo el Real Decreto Ley, de 20 de abril, de medidas urgentes para garantizar la sostenibilidad del Sistema Nacional de Salud y mejorar la calidad y seguridad de las prestaciones.

Previamente, en el BOE del 15 de mayo se publicó la “corrección de errores” de dicho Real Decreto Ley, y en ella se introdujeron algunas rectificaciones del texto de la noma que no pueden calificarse como una mera subsanación de erratas. Conviene señalar que este procedimiento no resulta el más adecuado para corregir el contenido de un texto legal ya publicado y que, en este caso, podía haberse modificado mediante su tramitación parlamentaria como Proyecto de Ley.
