El sábado 5 de julio de 2014 ha sido publicado en el Boletín oficial del Estado el Real Decreto-ley 8/2014, de 4 de julio, de aprobación de medidas urgentes para el crecimiento, la competitividad y la eficiencia (el (el «RDl 8/2014»).Bajo la rúbrica «Medidas urgentes en el ámbito energético» el Título III del RDl 8/2014, recoge un conjunto de provisiones que afectan a los gases licuados del petróleo (Capítulo I, arts. 57 y 58), al gas natural (Capítulo II, arts. 59 a 66), a determinados aspectos relacionados con las actividades de exploración, investigación y explotación de hidrocarburos y minas (Capítulo III, art. 67 y 68 –consistentes en la aclaración del sistema geodésico de referencia-) y por último, a la eficiencia energética (arts. 69 a 81)…
