Los prejubilados y el censo electoral

Se cuestiona si, en un pacto de mejoras voluntarias, mayores de cincuenta años con convenio especial que reciben una «compensación económica», ante su «suspensión» contractual, deben formar parte del censo electoral en una situación próxima a la prejubilación resuelta con criterios dispares.
