Los límites del long arm del Tribunal Unificado de Patentes en relación con España (IV): el reconocimiento y ejecución de las resoluciones del tribunal

El Tribunal Unificado de Patentes es competente ―en determinados casos y dentro de los límites que fija el Reglamento Bruselas I bis y el Convenio de Lugano― para conocer de acciones referentes a patentes europeas clásicas validadas en Estados que no son Estados contratantes del Acuerdo por el que se crea el Tribunal Unificado de Patentes. Dichas resoluciones pueden ser reconocidas y ejecutadas en esos otros países, pero existen casos en los que no procederá tan reconocimiento y ejecución.
