Los directivos de empresas infractoras de la Ley de Defensa de la Competencia pueden ser multados por conducta meramente pasiva

El Tribunal Supremo ha interpretado que, para aplicar la multa prevista en el artículo 63.2 LDC, basta con la intervención ―aunque no sea relevante― de los directivos o representantes de las empresas infractoras en la conducta anticompetitiva.
