Los contratos de los altos directivos ―y de los consejeros ejecutivos― en riesgo por el plan de reestructuración concursal

Los nuevos planes de reestructuración pueden suponer una modulación de la indemnización por extinción del contrato laboral de los altos directivos por parte del juez mercantil. Es una intervención heterónoma que impacta en la prevalencia de la autonomía de la voluntad que rige este tipo de contratos en la norma laboral.
