Ley 9/2025 de Movilidad Sostenible: nuevas fórmulas y servicios de movilidad

La Ley 9/2025 de Movilidad Sostenible establece un nuevo marco regulatorio que reconoce la movilidad como derecho y reorienta el sistema de transporte hacia modos más sostenibles, seguros y digitales. Este análisis se centra en las nuevas fórmulas de movilidad colaborativa (carpooling) y compartida (carsharing y otros) que la ley aborda y califica jurídicamente, así como en las nuevas medidas para impulsar los servicios de movilidad de conexión al ferrocarril y a los servicios regulares de autobús.
