La regulación de la publicidad en el proyecto de Ley General de la Comunicación Audiovisual

El Boletín Oficial de las Cortes Generales (Congreso de los diputados), de 23 de octubre de 2009, publica el «Proyecto de Ley General de la Comunicación Audiovisual». Este Proyecto de Ley pretende la transposición de la Directiva 2007/65/CE del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo de 11 de diciembre de 2007, por la que se modifica la Directiva 89/552/CEE del Consejo sobre la coordinación de determinadas disposiciones legales, reglamentarias y administrativas de los Estados miembros relativas al ejercicio de actividades de radiodifusión televisiva.Se contienen en el Proyecto importantes cuestiones relativas a la publicidad en televisión. Cabe destacar las más relevantes.
