La prohibición total de publicitar las farmacias es contraria al Derecho de la Unión

En su Sentencia de 19 de junio del 2025 (as. Comisión Europea contra República de Polonia, C‑200/24, ECLI:EU:C:2025:459), el Tribunal de Justicia ha declarado que el establecimiento por parte de una legislación nacional de una prohibición total de la publicidad de farmacias infringe el Derecho de la Unión Europea.
