La modificación de la Ley 39/2015 para prorrogar la entrada en vigor de la Administración electrónica: efectos sobre la «subsanación electrónica»

El Real Decreto Ley 27/2020 ha ampliado seis meses más la plena entrada en vigor de la Administración electrónica, lo que puede tener efectos para el administrado en cuanto al controvertido cambio de régimen jurídico aplicable a la subsanación de la falta de presentación electrónica de la solicitud.
