El artículo recoge las repercusiones que tiene la entrada en vigor de la Ley Orgánica de Derecho de Defensa en relación con el secreto profesional y la confidencialidad de las comunicaciones entre letrados y, más concretamente, en las consecuencias de la aportación de estas comunicaciones a un procedimiento judicial o arbitral.
