La Decisión G 1/24 de la Alta Cámara de Recursos de la Oficina Europea de Patentes sobre la interpretación de las reivindicaciones a la luz de la descripción y dibujos

En este documento se analiza la reciente Decisión de 18 de junio del 2025 de la Alta Cámara de Recursos de la Oficina Europea de Patentes en el caso G 1/24, decisión en la que se da respuesta a la discrepancia que se ha venido produciendo entre las cámaras de recurso de la Oficina a la hora de determinar el papel de la descripción y de los dibujos al valorar las reivindicaciones de patente.
