La consideración de los medios adecuados para la solución de controversias (MASC) como un requisito de procedibilidad

Los diferentes acuerdos sobre unificación de criterios hasta ahora aprobados, partiendo de la distinción jurisprudencial entre acto omitido y acto defectuoso, consideran que no procede subsanar un medio adecuado para la solución de controversias (MASC) omitido, sino sólo el defecto de su acreditación, aunque con respecto a esta última discrepan acerca de si es posible subsanar la ausencia de la descripción del proceso negociador en la demanda.
