Inmunidad frente al concurso del porteador contractual de la acción directa del porteador efectivo contra el cargador principal (STS 699/2020)

El porteador efectivo puede ejercitar contra el cargador principal la acción directa reconocida en la disposición adicional sexta de la Ley 9/2013 aun cuando se hubiera declarado el concurso del porteador contractual y con independencia de que el cargador haya o no abonado a este último el precio del transporte.
