La Circular 3/2013, de 12 de junio, de la CNMV, publicada en el BOE del 19, contiene una serie de normas sobre determinadas obligaciones de la información que se facilita a los clientes a los que se preste servicios de inversión, en relación con la evaluación de la conveniencia e idoneidad de los instrumentos financieros, con lo que se desarrolla el contenido del art. 79.bis de la Ley del mercado de valores, modificado en noviembre de 2012, por la Ley de reestructuración y resolución de entidades de crédito.
