Incumplimiento del plazo de transposición de la directiva sobre prácticas comerciales desleales en la cadena alimentaria

La Comisión Europea ha iniciado el procedimiento de infracción contra una docena de Estados Miembros por no transponer dentro de plazo la Directiva (UE) 2019/633 del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo, de 17 de abril de 2019, relativa a las prácticas comerciales desleales en las relaciones entre empresas en la cadena de suministro agrícola y alimentario. Entre esos Estados se encuentra el Reino de España, que lamentablemente, y una vez más, se retrasa en el cumplimiento de sus obligaciones.
