Impacto del Brexit en Derecho de la Competencia

La presente nota analiza de forma breve las implicaciones que podría tener la salida del Reino Unido de la Unión Europea (Brexit) en materia de Derecho de la Competencia.De forma preliminar, cabe destacar que el impacto dependerá en gran medida del acuerdo de salida que se alcance. En este sentido, si Reino Unido entrase en el Espacio Económico Europeo, de la misma forma que Noruega, Islandia y Liechtenstein, el impacto sería muy moderado. Por el contrario, una salida drástica (i.e. sin acuerdo que rija las futuras relaciones entre Reino Unido y la Unión Europea) implicaría importantes cambios. La vía intermedia sería la de un acuerdo comercial bilateral, como es el caso de Suiza, aunque esta vía no tendría prácticamente impacto en la materia que aquí nos ocupa…
