Espaldarazo definitivo del TC al arbitraje en España: interpretación restrictiva del concepto de ‘orden público’ en acciones de anulación de laudos

El TC ha dictado por unanimidad una sentencia en la que delimita la interpretación que se debe hacer de ‘orden público’ en acciones de anulación de laudos y aclara la exigencia de motivación aplicable a las resoluciones arbitrales.
