Empresas de trabajo temporal, trabajo temporal y fijos discontinuos: una historia aún por escribir

La posibilidad, antes prohibida, de emplear el contrato fijo discontinuo por parte de las empresas de trabajo temporal permite plantear márgenes de mejora normativa, como la puesta a disposición para necesidades discontinuas de la empresa usuaria, ahora que el contrato temporal «se ha transformado» en fijo discontinuo.
