El TJUE protege el “secreto profesional” de los abogados en relación con la Directiva anti planificación fiscal agresiva

El TJUE declara que los Estados miembros no pueden imponer al abogado protegido por el secreto profesional que sea considerado intermediario según la Directiva 2011/16, la obligación de notificar sus obligaciones de comunicación de información a cualquier otro intermediario que no sea su cliente.
