El TJUE analiza la compatibilidad con el artículo 56 TFUE de las obligaciones que la normativa italiana del 2017 establece para quienes efectúen arrendamientos de corta duración tanto directamente como a través de intermediarios, entre los que se incluyen los portales telemáticos de intermediación inmobiliaria.
