El tiempo de «disponibilidad» no presencial puede no ser tiempo de trabajo

Un periodo de disponibilidad no presencial del trabajador será tiempo de trabajo si implica una prohibición objetiva de su capacidad para administrar libremente, en ese periodo, el tiempo de dedicación a intereses particulares.
