El secreto profesional del abogado como límite al deber de colaboración con la Administración tributaria

El Tribunal de Justicia reafirma que, en el marco de la Directiva 2011/16/UE, el secreto profesional del abogado comprende la defensa y el asesoramiento jurídico del cliente y que las limitaciones a este derecho deben respetar las garantías previstas en el artículo 7 de la Carta de Derechos Fundamentales.
