El nuevo procedimiento de regulación de empleo (IV): extinción y suspensión de contratos y reducciones de jornada por fuerza mayor (RD 1483/2012, de 29 de octubre)

Los arts. 31 a 33 del Reglamento regulan los procedimientos de regulación de empleo por existencia de fuerza mayor.
La existencia de fuerza mayor debe ser constatada por la autoridad laboral, cualquiera que sea el número de trabajadores afectados.
El procedimiento se inicia mediante solicitud de la empresa dirigida a la autoridad laboral competente, acompañada de los medios de prueba que estime necesarios, y simultánea comunicación a los representantes legales de los trabajadores.
