El TJUE interpreta el concepto lugar donde se haya producido el hecho dañoso como determinante de la competencia judicial internacional en un caso en que se reclama al fabricante de un vehículo el daño consistente en la diferencia entre el precio pagado por él y su valor real, diferencia generada por un vicio de fábrica.
