El TJUE se ocupa de la cuestión de la competencia para conocer de las reclamaciones por daños en el contexto del cártel de camiones y proporciona nuevos criterios para concretarla, además de afirmar que el artículo 7 del RBIbis no solo determina la competencia internacional, sino también la territorial.
