La cláusula que se pacte debe conformarse, para más seguridad, con lo dispuesto en el nuevo procedimiento de ejecución judicial. Será forzoso que se pacte un valor de tasación, que no se exige en el artículo 1872, porque de otra forma la adjudicación se acerca al pacto comisorio, que el Código Civil neutralizaba con su drástica imposición de extinción de la deuda por el todo.
