La LO 2/2024 de representación paritaria y presencia equilibrada no tiene una finalidad laboral, pero sí contiene aspectos laborales de interés, entre otros, obligaciones para los agentes sociales, las empresas de la economía social, la contratación en el sector público y el nuevo agente de igualdad.
