E-Procurement: transición, armonización y nuevo marco legal de la contratación pública electrónica (G.C.S.P. N.º 34)

La Comisión Europea ha publicado una Comunicación al Parlamento Europeo, el Consejo, el Consejo Económico y Social y el Comité de las Regiones, en la que se establece la estrategia para la plena implantación de la contratación pública electrónica. Esta iniciativa, que se enmarca en el proceso de reforma de las Directivas europeas sobre contratación pública y que responde a la importancia estratégica que la contratación pública reviste a nivel comunitario, establece medidas para la modernización del marco jurídico de la Unión Europea en la materia fijando como fecha tope para la consecución de tal objetivo el año 2016, en consonancia con el Plan de Acción Europeo sobre Administración Electrónica 2011-2015.
